A big thankyou to Marie for all her help with Athletic training over the last few weeks. Thanks to our twice weekly runs and exercises we are looking forward to continued fitness, increased energy levels and focus for the months ahead.

We enjoyed taking part in the carol service this year. All our hard work paid off and everyone said we were great. We’re really proud that we raised so much money for the hospice as well.
We’re really looking forward to Christmas. We’ve spent the last few weeks preparing to take part in the Carol Service. We’ve been rehearsing really hard but now we’re almost ready!
